Yoga for Wellbeing Camps

Dhyan Foundation offers a series of yoga classes that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being for all individuals residing in Tamil Nadu. Our aim is to provide accessible and inclusive yoga sessions that enhance overall health and contribute to a balanced lifestyle.

Duration

Yoga classes will be conducted over a period 1 hour

Venue

The well-being camps will be organised at various locations across Tamil Nadu, including community centres, parks, and schools. The specific venues will be communicated prior to the start of the program in discussion with local bodies.

Qualified Instructors

Our yoga classes will be led by experienced and certified yoga instructors who have a deep understanding of the principles and techniques of yoga. They will guide participants through the practices with care, ensuring that everyone can participate and benefit, regardless of their level of experience.

Program Structure

The yoga classes will incorporate Isha Yoga . Each session will begin with a brief introduction to the chosen style and its benefits, followed by a warm-up to prepare the body for the practice.
The instructors will guide participants through a sequence of yoga postures (ISha Kriya) that focus on strength, flexibility, and balance. Emphasis will also be placed on proper alignment and breath control during the Kriyas.
Breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation techniques will be included to enhance relaxation, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity. Participants will learn simple mindfulness practices that can be easily incorporated into their daily lives.

Registration

To participate in the Free Yoga Classes for Well-being Camps, individuals can register by filling out a registration form available at the designated registration centres. The registration process is simple and requires basic contact information.


Equipment

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and comfortable clothing suitable for movement. In case anyone does not have a yoga mat, a limited number of mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
