World Mental Health Day Awareness Program On Behalf Of Dhyan Foundation Was Conducted At Vimal Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Kalugumalai On 10.10.2023&11.10.2023
MISSION STATEMENT:
In this two day programme, 47 students received mental healt and benefited. We found out that the students who were wr Examinations were given mental health counselling for their Stress, Family Problems, Anxiety, Over Thinking, Thought Of Physical and Personal problem. We provided a psychological support students relational, social, emotional, intellectual and development. This psychological approach is used to detect the students early.

- 6 students describe their financial situation as sometimes to always stressful.
- 8 students are struggling with academics.
- 4 students are having a hard time focusing on academics.
- 2 students have engaged in physical problem.
- 1 student have had a thoughts of depression
- 4 student s are over thinking and Anxiety about our future.
- 6 students are struggling with personal problem. (like love failure).
- On the final day of the programme was presided over by Dhyan Foundation Chairman Dr. V. Sivakumar M.B.B.S.,M.D. Mrs.Krishnapriya (Chief Executive Officer of Dhyan Foundation) and Dr. Prasanna Prakash M.B.B.S.
- Mental Health Awareness speech was delivered to them by the Foundation Chairman Dr. V. Sivakumar M.B.B.S.M.D. In the end, students are simulated their stress as air and put it in balloons and left it fly in the air and reached a new state of mind.
