On 15th August 2025, St. Loisa Girls High School, Kalugumalai, celebrated the 79th Independence Day with great patriotism and enthusiasm. The event was organized in collaboration with Dhyan Health Care and Dhyan Foundation, aiming to instill not only national pride but also social responsibility among students. The program commenced at 8:30 a.m. in the school premises, attended by students, teachers, and invited guests.



As part of the special occasion, Dr. Sivakumar was invited as the Guest Speaker. He addressed the gathering on the important topic of Organ Donation Awareness, a subject of immense relevance in today’s healthcare scenario. Dr. Sivakumar highlighted the significance of organ donation in saving lives, explained the process, and clarified common misconceptions. His talk aimed to inspire young minds to become responsible citizens who value the gift of life.
During the session, students actively listened and interacted, showing keen interest in understanding the noble cause. The event was followed by the singing of the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with patriotic fervor and a renewed sense of unity.
