The closing ceremony of the art and literature forum behalf of Thiruvalluvar Kazhagam in association with Kalugumalai on 16/02/2024 between 2.00 P.M & 5.00 P.M
In this programme all kalugumalai deserving students was benefited irrespective of their Caste, Creed, Religion, Community and Sex. Kalugumalai Municipal Council President Subramanian delivered the opening speech.
All the school boys and girls in kalugumalai participated in the event.

Were conducted separately for the school boys and girls. Prize distribution and closing ceremony was held at 6.00 P.M that evening. Dr. Sivakumar, Head of Dhyan Health Care participated as a special guest and gave prizes to the students who won the competition.
Special certificates, shields, and incentives were presented by Dr.Sivakumar on behalf of Dhyan Foundation to the students who obtained first marks in class 10th and 12th in tamil subject. Thiruvalluvar Kazhagam president Mr.Ponpandian delivered the vote of thanks.
